
Magnus Philippines, located in Manila, was founded in 1999. Magnus Philippines
takes a holistic approach to delivering solutions as it guides clients
through all the stages of the implementation - from Strategy Development,
Implementation, up to Support. The Philippine practice has built extensive
expertise in the field of SAP consulting, with the first Real Estate,
CRM and IS Utilities implementations in the country.
The company has also established an Oracle consulting practice, having
implemented the Oracle 11i Logistics Suite at a major airline company.
Magnus is currently working with Oracle Philippines in implementing
11i at a major transportation company. It has also developed special
expertise in the Ariba e-procurement solution when it was involved in
the first local Ariba Buyer implementation at a major port and container
terminal company.
Magnus Philippines has a very strong e-commerce team specializing in custom developing solutions and interfacing such with existing applications. E-commerce projects include the first employee self service (ESS) application on top of SAP HR for a major property development company, a B2B marketplace for a major retail establishment, and a Mobile Sales Office for a major player in the consumer product industry. Recently, Magnus Philippines has taken on the role of systems integrator for a project with a major telecommunications company wherein different aspects of the proposed solution are all under Magnus Philippines' responsibility and control.
Magnus also has a growing support group, Magnus Support Services (MSS), which is the only accredited SAP support center in the country. MSS provides technical, functional, help desk and other types of support, using a very flexible model, allowing companies to take advantage of MSS' pool of expertise with strict service level agreements at very flexible schemes.
