This was the first project during Digitel's existence that went
live on time and within budget.
Also conducted was SAP Implementation for the GSM business and enhancement
of the existing SAP system for the Landline business, covering Financial
Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Treasury (TR), Materials Management
(MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Project Systems
(PS) and Sales and Distribution (SD).
Bukaka Sing Tel International

Bukaka Singtel BSI and Telkom KSO decided applied the SAP R/3 application
to support their administrative functions. The scope of the project
was to implement the financial, logistics and HR modules of SAP. The
project was finished on March 1999 when the last Kandatel went live
with SAP.

Magnus engagement with Manila Water was the Philippines' first SAP IS-Utilities
project of which the following functionalities were implemented:

Maxis is Malaysia's largest mobile service provider. Magnus helped Maxis
centralize their call center applications and database for all products
to support 25 Service Centers. Functionality includes Customer Service
and Trouble Management.
Modules implemented include Clarify ClearCallCenter and ClearSupport.
The project involves substantial integration (EAI) work to Maxis' billing
systems (BSCS, OMS) with Clarify CRM using ActiveWorks Software.
Pramindo Ikat Nusantara

Magnus helped Pramindo Ikat in the design of their SAP implementation
for the modules FI, CO, MM and HR. After the design was ready, Pramindo
used their internal consultant to continue the project.
PT Telkom

With 6 million customers and 37,000 employees, PT Telkom is Indonesia's
largest fixed line operator. In answer to the ongoing deregulation,
multiple projects have been initiated.
Magnus is one of the key partners for PT Telkom in the execution of
these projects.

PT Telkom Indonesia

Subsequent to implementing SAP R/3 FI/CO/MM/HR in various regions, Magnus
Indonesia closed a partnership with PT Telkom Indonesia to implement
a tailor-made eProcurement solution. The eProcurement solution was developed
by ATD in Jakarta based on Oracle/Java platform and will be used by
Telkom users in Indonesia and suppliers worldwide.
Being the first state-owned company to introduce on-line tendering,
Telkom is currently considered an example for other large Indonesian
companies for using internet technology to get access to more suppliers,
streamline procurement processes and reduce corruption. The site was
launched in August 2001 and will initially be used for the procurement
of cables, poles and IT equipment. Shortly, the site will also be used
for the procurement related to a major 5 year plan to replace all telco
infrastructure in Indonesia.
Satelit Palapa Indonesia

The project in Satelindo started with the ERP feasibility study that
has been conducted by Magnus. Following this feasibility study was the
ERP package selection. SAP solution was integrated that covered Financial
Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), and Sales
and Distribution (SD). Interfacing between SAP and legacy telco system
like the billing and and collection system were also included. The system
went live on January 1, 2001 with around 250 users all over Indonesia.

PT SATELINDO is one of the biggest and first cellular operator in Indonesia.
Key priority in the SAP implementation project is to replace, as much
as possible, the island solutions that are currently in place.

Magnus and KPN helped Telkom in the phase I of the SAP implementation
for the modules FI, CO, MM, TR, and IM. Magnus brought the expertise
in the configuration of SAP, project management, and project methodology;
while KPN brought the knowledge and best practices of the telco area.
In the phase II of the SAP implementation, Magnus helped Telkom in the
implemention of HR-PA, which covered employee administration, time management,
payroll, personnel cost planning, career and succession planning.
Telekomunikasi Selular (TELKOMSEL)

Magnus helped Telkomsel on the assessment of their financial environment
system in the process, organisation and system perspective. The purpose
of this assessment was to define implementation projects to improve
the overall function of finance in Telkomsel. This included the suitability
of implementing a software package, and/or other practical solutions,
as a means of resolving existing or potential business problems or issues
within Telkomsel's financial environment. This was 3-month project duration.

Telkomsel is the largest cellular operator in Indonesia. Magnus was
requested to perform a detailed assessment of the Financial environment
from a process, organization and system perspective.
The purpose of this assessment is to define implementation projects
to improve the overal function of finance in Telkomsel. This includes
the suitability of implementing a software package, and/or other practical
solutions, as a means of resolving existing or potential business problems
or issues within Telkomsel's financial environment.
A team of financial and application specialists form Magnus worked with
Telkomsel senior management and delivered a detailed list of improvement
projects.
