a full mySAP.com implementation, including the modules FI, CO, TR, PS,
MM, SD, PM, SM, RE, SEM, BW and CRM. CRM solution includes a central
focal point to provide first level service/support for customers.

For CDL, Magnus conducted a complete mySAP.com implementation including
the modules FI, CO, TR, PS, MM, SD, PM, SM and SAP industry solution
for real estate.
Because of the success of the 1st phase implementation, Magnus was tasked
to implement CRM. This was the First Call Center implementation in Asia
Pacific for mySAP.com CRM for a property development company. The CRM
scope included the following:

- CTI integration
- Activity management
- Integration to back end SAP

Using the Haht Application Server tool (VB) an Employee Self Service
application P2P ("Power to People") was created that integrates
to SAP's Human Resources module to leverage the value of SAP in FBDC.
P2P consists of the following core functionalities:
- Employee data maintenance
- Online Pay-slip presentation
- Online Recruitment
- Training and Enrollment
- Personnel Development
- Online Company Handbook and HR Forms
The project is the first SAP-integrated ESS, web-enabled HR Implementation in the Philippines.
