In order to relieve the Accounts Payable department in the processing of 13.000 invoices per month, an e-Invoicing application has been developed in a Microsoft environment.

The heart of the application contains a flexible 'input structure definer,'which enables the user to easily and optimally prepare the received document for upload. Full integration is provided to ASML's back-end system, which is SAP.

In this project, all SAP in- and out-flow messages go through Mercator for transformation and are then put into their specific application Queue of MQSeries. Each respective application then fetches/puts the files in the queue.
