Beiersdorf (Thailand) Co. Ltd. is a Global Consumer Goods company for skin care products.

Magnus was tasked for a local Thai stand-alone APO Demand Planning 2.0 implementation project. The system also involved linkage to inhouse production planning system via APO SNP and APO PP/DS functionality, as well as extensive BW reporting activities.

In spite of extremely challenging conditions, after 16 weeks, this unique Thai APO project went successfully live Q4-2002.

Part of an agribusiness market leader group of companies with companies in Thailand, Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia, Charoen Pokphand Ltd in Indonesia has over 60 companies and employs over 12,000 people.

PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPI) is Indonesia's leading agribusiness company. CPI has established an ultra modern poultry processing and value-add food production plant. The pilot SAP implementation feedmill site started in June 2002 at the Balaraja / Jakarta plant.

The mySAP functionality covered financials, materials management, sales & distribution, production planning, and interfaces to weighing bridge applications, shop floor control systems, and mixer systems.

The group roll out will initially continue until 2003, for the remaining 11 feedmills in Indonesia.

Dumex is a global producer and exporter of infant and child nutrition products. Magnus engagement involved the redesign of business processes, organizational structures and the implementation of full scope SAP R/3 which included the following modules: FI, CO, COPC, SD, MM, PP.

In addition Dumex asked Magnus to implement Cognos BIS and B2B subsystem2002. Currently Magnus is involved in various small add-on Projects, ABAP/4.

Dutchmill Co. Ltd.

Dutchmill Co. Ltd. is a local Thai producer of dairy products and yoghurt drinks.

Magnus was involved in an M2M supplier integration project which included SAP EDI, M2M and implemenation of SAP SD functionality. The two month project went live successfully in Q2-2002.

Magnus was asked to help implement the SD, MM, PP and Product Costing at GFI using SAP R/3.

Magnus also did audit for their FI/CO module. Period of engagement: Q1-Q2 2000.

Magnus was engaged in Siebel implementation with integration to SAP, dealers networks and third party handheld system and ERP. The custom-developed handheld application enables sales representatives to access information while being on-site. Any entered information is automatically sent back to the Siebel system.

The implemented Siebel functionality includes Outlet information system, Retail audits, Promotion planning and execution and Call centers.

Global brand names Perfetti and VanMelle recently merged to establish a formidable market leadership in local market candy goods manufacturing.

As part of the integration process, the existing VanMelle SAP system was converted and extended to be used for the former Perfetti part of the organization as well.

Major changes to the system included a New Chart of Accounts, and conversion from single to multi-plant system.
