Jebsen and Jessen is a regional Trading and Engineering conglomerate,
consisting of 33 legal entities in various industries.
During a multi-phase, multi-country effort, Magnus implemented full
suite of mySAP.com modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PS, HR & KW, BI
and full suite CRM.
As a result of high customer satisfaction, Magnus was tasked to do an
upgrade project and to implement the latest available functionality
that mySAP.com has to offer, such as analytical CRM and the BW suite,
making it the first implementation in this part of the world (CRM including
Call Center, Internet Sales, Mobile Sales and Service; pilot implemented
across 20 companies, involving more than 300 users).

Siemens/BTS was a “greenfield” project. A complete business
process, organization and systems design was done to incorporate all
functional and organizational requirements into one Management System.
The actual organization was set up with Magnus full support.
Siemens/BTS has been one of the biggest plant maintenance projects in Asia ever.
