Magnus was involved in a multitude of project activities with Amsterdam
Airport Schiphol, which included the following:

With a fleet of 12 DC9 aircrafts and a 30% market share on the routes
it flies, Cebu Pacific Air is the second largest Philippine airline.
It is industry leader in departure reliability with 95% of its flights
departing within 15 minutes of schedule and 84% on-time to the minute.
Its single biggest stockholder is JG Summit Holdings, Inc. (JGS).
In line with JGS's strategic direction in technology, Cebu Pacific has
implemented a range of technologies to support its business operations.
After a JGS company-wide strategic study, Magnus was tasked to implement
solutions in the following functional areas: Finance, Controlling, Plant
Maintenance, Materials Management and Asset Management. Currently Magnus
has a long-term support agreement with Cebu Pacific for further enhancements,
improvements and support.
Fokker Aircraft Services

Fokker Aircraft Services (FAS) provides a wide range of modification
and maintenance services to Fokker fleet owners and military customers.
Magnus supported Fokker Services with the development of an Information
Strategy, Information Architecture design and Master plan, mainly related
to the creation, modification, control and further processing of aircraft
and product data, i.e. Product Data Management in an Aerospace environment.
Subsequently Magnus was involved in the execution of a number of projects
that spun off from the strategy, like:

The ARIBA Buyer system for eProcurement was implemented that integrates
with SAP's Materials Management module and the Plant Maintenance System,
called ICAM.

KCS' main business is to supply food, non-food and beverages to flights
departing from Schiphol airport. After failure to implement their BaaN/Moopi
system satisfactorily, Magnus was tasked to perform an audit on the
used business model and the suitability of BaaN/Moopi to support the
KCS business.
Magnus conducted a two-month study of the current and target business
model and analyzed the implementation of the ERP software. The main
conclusions were that the failure was mainly due to the complexity of
the used business model and the project management aspect. For both
areas, recommendations were given to be able to restart and complete
the project
KLIA

KLIA at Sepang (Malaysia) is designed to be an efficient, competitive,
world-class hub for the Asia-Pacific Region when completed in 1998.
This USD 2.5 billion project is arguably the single, most ambitious
project the Malaysian government has ever undertaken.
KLIA is a "greenfield" project. The business information systems
were designed to incorporate all functionality into one 'Total Airport
Management System' (TAMS). SAP R/3 was selected as the ERP software
package to manage the core administration activities that will interface
with the airport's operations systems
Magnus was involved and responsible for (SAP R/3) project management,
change management, 'Greenfield' conceptual design, business information
review, implementation / configuration, interface development, prototyping,
ABAP/4 programming and user training.
Malaysia Airports Berhad (MAB)

Location: Malaysia
Malaysia Airports Berhad (MAB) is the sole airport operator in Malaysia.
The implementation covered 22 locations, namely the Headquarters, 2
Regional Offices (for Sabah and Sarawak), 4 international airports and
15 domestic airports throughout West and East Malaysia.
Magnus's primary role was not only to implement SAP R/3 for MAB, but
also incorporated MS-Office, Lotus Notes email and Windows Appreciation
courses as part of the change management process. Magnus also coordinated
the award and coordination of the LAN and WAN requirements.
Pelita Air Service

This project is a 6-month problem solving support of SAP system. Pelita
is having this support from Magnus since they went live of FI, and CO
implementation. With this support, Magnus provided the functional problem
solving support as well as the technical performace monitoring support.
Pelita Air Service

Pelita Air Service (Pelita) is a 100% daughter company and the primary
carrier for Pertamina, the government owned oil company in Indonesia.
In addition, Pelita provides air transportation services to third parties
in Indonesia. Pelita has started a corporate wide restructuring process
to strengthen its financial, logistic, HR and commercial processes.
Magnus was tasked to support the initial step of this process, which
entails the timely and correct delivery of a financial statement.
Functional areas involved are: - Financial Accounting - Cost Accounting
/ Controlling, including Profitability Analysis Automatic interfaces
have been provided to the existing inventory and payroll legacy systems.
Philippine Air Lines

PAL has selected Magnus to help reorganize its Procurement and Inventory
processes, from purchase requisition to receiving, including Materials
Planning and Inventory/Warehouse Management for both aircraft and non-aircraft
related products and services.
As a first step towards Supplier Enablement, Catalogue Management and
internal web-enabled requisitioning was implemented. The project entails
one of the first Oracle 11i implementations in the Philippines.
Garuda Indonesia

Magnus project involved wall-to-wall ERP implementation for PT Garuda
Indonesia (Garuda), the government-owned flag carrier and the largest
airline in Indonesia.
The system's business functions included Financials, Controlling, Sales
& Distribution, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance,
and Human Resource Management.
Magnus worked together with Lufthansa Consulting (LHC) for QA on airline
specific processes. A priority objective of this project was to ensure
Y2K compliance of the financial administration and to improve its administrative
procedures. Phase 2 in the Garuda Maintenance Facilities area is now
finalized, which include latest industry specific functionalities, SAP
IS A&D and a technical upgrade.
