    Financial Controller
    • Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

    Business Development Manager
          The person will take the lead in identifying, pursuing and sealing new       business opportunities by strategically positioning Oracle products and       services.
              Responsibilities
    • Work closely with the Business Unit Director in developing account plans and strategies.
    • Manage the creation of complete business cases, with strategic and financial analysis, to frame strategic rationale for selected opportunities.
    • Conduct product demonstrations
    • Implementing account plans and strategies.
    • Plan and implement demand and lead generation activities.
    • Bid Management- create bids and proposals; manage cross-functional and cross-divisional teams and/or outside resources for the completion of bids.
    • Oversee entire business development cycle from prospecting, presenting partnership benefits, analyzing potential financial terms and negotiating contracts.
    • Understand market IT Strategy and develop sales propositions that meet future and current requirements
    • Manage effective relationships with existing client contacts and network through the organization to obtain new contacts.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction by continually liaising between company and client to ensure service levels are met.
    • Manage effective relationships with company technical, service, support staff and third party suppliers to ensure services are delivered effectively to the client.
      Minimum Qualifications:
    • Five years experience in developing and negotiating business opportunities or equivalent experience in solution selling (product and/or service).
