A recent reorganization of Magnus Philippines, Inc.'s
sister company, Team Synergia, Inc. (TSI), led to
the new line-up as of 2nd quarter of 2003. Anna Tan
will be the new Managing Director. Romer Sto. Domingo
will remain the Sales Director for TSI. After discussions
with SAP relative to market space,
TSI will now be the SAP Value Added Reseller (VAR)
for the Public Sector and Financial Services
