Late last year, one of the country's leading property
development companies signed up with Magnus Philippines,
Inc. to implement SAP, specifically the Real Estate
solution, plus all other related modules - Financials,
Controlling, Treasury, Project System, Sales and Distribution,
Materials Management, Plant Maintenance, Service Management,
Document Management System, and Human Resources.
Magnus was selected primarily because of its experience
in implementing the same solution for another Real
Estate giant, Ayala Land Inc. The system is set to
go live in the 4th quarter of 2003.
