our first ever customer workshop 'The Reality of CRM',
held on April 27 at Magnus Malaysia's office in Petaling
Jaya. Ms Wendy Chua, practice director of Magnus CRM
service line, facilitated this workshop. Topics covered
during the workshop included defining CRM, assessing
a company's CRM maturity level, customer experience
cycle and 8 Building Blocks of CRM. In addition,our
guest speaker Mr. Micheal Chin from Guinness Anchor
Berhad (GAB)presented GAB's CRM journey.
"This
workshop was attended by a group of individuals that
possess a fair level of CRM knowledge. The participation
and involvement from all participants was admirable"
said Ms Wendy Chua.
